[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit for a Christmas gift for my wife but I do a lot of the cooking / baking so I get to use it too. Has a lot of speeds so you can get the mixing just right. Came with a few accessories but would like to purchase the pasta makers. Nice looking unit.

Had a stand mixer for many years with a 4.5 quart bowl. Live the new mixer with a 5 quart bowl and handle. I know I will be using this product for many years to come. It's a great investment for my kitchen.

love the mixer hate the way the rebate was handeld

I would recommend the mixer. The company's rebate, not so much. no receipt so went and had one printed, with the store number but not the store name as it was computerized. Kitchenaid returned it saying no rebate so I am out 50$ (one of the reasons I bought the artisan was the rebate)
