I've been getting by with my trusty black Sunbeam for the past 12 years but I finally busted out my new, YELLOW, Kitchenaid mixer that my husband bought me for my birthday. I decided to make peanut butter kiss cookies for the test run.
First impressions: the flex edge beater I added is awesome, the splash guard, that I thought would be more cleanup than worth it, is awesome (now I don't need to wash the floor when I flip it on too high), and cleanup overall was a breeze. It is super heavy and not something I can pull out so it stays on the counter.
