I was very concerned about our purchase, initially. Our mixer arrived with missing parts, damaged and a broken pour shield. We were unable to exchange it at our local retail store because there were none in it's class available. I contacted KitchenAid, however, and had such great customer service. They were able to fix all the issues, except for the damaged paint, without having to return the mixer. Since being able to use my new stand mixer, of which I have never used one prior to owning this one, I have been extremely satisfied with its performance and look forward to a lifetime of using it. Everything I have made has come out so well and with so much ease that I will never look back. It has great power, easy to use and cleans up well. I'm teaching my 10 year old daughter to use it and making memories.

I have wanted a Kitchen Aid Mixer for as long a I can remember. Finally, at age 63 I got my first Kitchen Aid as a retirement gift. My grandson has big plans now that I'm not working and thinks I should open a small bakery, "since I have a big industrial size mixer now" His words not mine. lol I've used it for cookies, cakes and mashing potatoes. Next I'll master bread making. I love love love it!!

I couldn't say enough about my mixer. I had the classic for over 25 years and it still worked great but I wanted a new larger kitchen aid mixer and I received this as a birthday present. I was able to let someone else enjoy the old classic on and, I am so excited every time I get to use my new one. I love the pour shield. Thank you so much for Making such a great product
