From baguettes, to Einkorn bread, to rustic round bread, bagels, pizza dough, fresh pasta (with the cutter attachment)... The machine is powerful, extremely well-designed, sturdy and easy to clean. Love it.

Love the mixer, but would prefer to the shield to work a little bit better. I would like for it to cover more area of the bowl. I still get items slipping out or making a mess while trying to mix.

The only bad thing I can say is I didn't buy this years ago. I have have for a month and used over 12 times already. Pizza dough, meat loaf, brownies, and shredding chicken are just a few of the things i have done. Works wonderfully.
