I've been watching these kitchenaid mixers for a long time and felt like it was the time to buy, and I love using it for all my cooking needs, from making cookies to homemade noodles. It handles big quantity recipes as well as small jobs easily. I bought a red mixer and it gives me a lift every time I use it. I found putting it on a tray on the counter so I can easily slide it over when I need it, is so convenient. Like the dough hook that came with it and anxiously waiting for the food slicer that was offered with it. Recommend this to everyone.
