Makes My Life Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband gifted me the artisan kitchen aid mixer for christmas and ever since then my life as a housewife has been so much fun in the kitchen. I make a lot of cookies and give it away to my friends. I make breakfast cakes, snacks, dog treats and everything I can think of. Artisan made my life better and I have gained more confidence in my cooking abilities along with it. Thank you Kitchen Aid!

Second one I've got that doesn't work

I bought myself a mixer back in June of 2020 and then by September it stopped working so then I contacted KitchenAid and they said they'd send me a new one. After a lot of waiting I finally received my replacement in March of 2021. Now this one won't work. I've only made cupcakes, nothing that should ruin my mixer so quickly. Now I'm heading into the holiday season when I make cookies for people and I don't have a working mixer....again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted a stand mixer for years I bought myself one for Christmas it worked for 5 min. Now I have to wait 30 days to get a replacement. I know its a good product I know a lot of people who have this mixer.

had a mixer for over 10 years. my daughter gave me this new mixer. It is still not working correctly.
Latch sticks and has to be jiggled around to lock or unlock. need to return but really unhappy I even bought a new one and gave up my old one that worked so well.
Need to return,again, but takes time to get online or phone to do so. I have already returned once since Jan

On Second Replacement

I originally purchased this mixer in November 2017. Within the first year, the mixer head would jump up and down after adding flour. I called Kitchen Aid and was sent a replacement. Again, within the year, the replacement mixer did the exact same thing. I called again and received my replacement today. I have not yet used it, but truly hope this mixer works. I had waited 37 years to purchase a Kitchen Aid Mixer and have been terribly disappointed. The customer service is great - the product is not. I have read a lot of reviews on other merchants' sites from customers experiencing the exact same issue.

Poor customer service when I had an issue

Purchased new stand mixer and noticed oil leaking from motor area. Contacted KitchenAide who asked me to send them photos and video of the mixer along with proof of purchase which I did. That was over two weeks ago and I have heard nothing even after a follow up email.
The person on the phone was very nice and professional but the lack of follow up is a huge disappointment. We have been a life long loyal customer to this brand but our last two purchases (Refrigerator and Stand Mixer) have been littered with problems and the customer service has fallen way off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
