[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, this is an investment piece, but... This mixer can do so many things. Cakes, cookies, doughs, dips, you can even mix your meatloaf and keep your hands out of the meat. Next up, whipped coffee.

It is so so worth the money. The quality is excellent and has made all my baking so much better and easier.
