only 3 months after buying it new it broke, tried to get it replaced and only lies about being backordered and 2 months later nothing. avoid the company like the plague, they no longer make quality products, and only aim to screw you over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 75 years old and have always wanted a stand mixer. Don't know why I waited so long to buy one, but it has changed my life! I love to bake, and making cookies, pies, cakes, etc., is a dream with this mixer. Plus, it makes my kitchen look like the kitchen of a real cook! The Empire Red color is beautiful. Can't say enough about this great appliance.

Love the add-ons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a month ago before I moved into my new place, finally have been using it consistently. My absolute favorite attachment is the grater. I didn't think it'd be a big deal, but it turns a 15 minute task of grating a block of cheese into a 1 minute task, and I do a lot more in total since it's non-exhaustive. Easy clean up, easy to attach and easy to remove. Overall, the base unit itself is immensely useful, my cookies have turned out right every time because it's an even mix that I don't have to do by hand or an electric hand mixer (which makes a huge mess, not anymore!). 10/10 would buy again!

Christmas baking Ho Ho Ho

I recieved mine 12 years ago for Christmas from my mom and my husband and I love it I use it for baking especially for my Christmas baking. My mother and I always baked together, for many years before she passed away. She had had hers for most of my life. So about 45 years. And .neither one of us would have ever changed it for any other mixer out there. For the money it is a solid investment. The only thing that she ever had break and that was the glass bowl I broke it one day. I actually have the smaller version. But I really want this one in red. I'm wishing and hoping!!!

Buyer beware

I am so upset about my present. I was given this as an upgrade to the one I was given by a past family member. The lock on the stand mixer does not lock. The amount of money this costs to not have it work properly is disappointing. I spent 3 hours on hold and finally was able to get a hold of someone who was great but my husband and myself had to keep working on it to try and screw things tighter since the lock did not work. This was unacceptable for the price that it was. This was there suggestion over the phone. Next they are sending me labels to return it (I do not have a printer) also we are in lock down due to COVID I now have to go to a post office to return it. This has been a nightmare. I am so upset it has put me in tears and anxiety through this process. I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this company. The present was because I have used my grandmas for over 20 years and they thought it was a reputable company. They thought they were upgrading my mixer for me. I also tried to reach out online without any response for 40 minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't love this mixer but it's ok. I hate that the speed control switch is on the left side. I do not like that I have to switch between the whip & other beater. And the price is outrageous (I got as a gift). I do like the big bowl & handle but that's about it.
