[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought me this mixer after many yrs of marriage watching me make cookies & seeing me mix the batter by hand bc the hand mixers aren't heavy duty enough. I've always wanted one of these & I'm using it All the time. Makes life so much easier!

The only negative thing I can say is that it is so heavy and hard to move for a senior. I sat mine on a placemat on my counter top then when I want to use it, I pull the placemat and the mixer out to where I need it to work with it. I would have trouble lifting it myself even though I am in good health. I plan to use it soon to make bread--just have not had the time to try that. Thanks

I bought this for my daughter as a house warming gift. She loves to bake and I thought this would be a great gift for her. She didn't want it. Imagine that. So I kept it for myself, and I love it. I'm not a baker, but I do love to cook and I plan to use my stand mixer often. I've used it to make pizza dough, and it couldn't have been easier.
