I really like my new Artisian mixer! The only issue I have is when using the beater that comes with the mixer, the sides of the bowl have to be scraped down constantly to make sure everything is mixed. Have to be really careful and not let the spatula get into the beater. Have purchased another beater w/scraper but have not used yet!!

There is only one problem. I do not care for the style of the clear plastic collar that fits, or is supposed to fit, on the bowl. It does not stay in place and it has too large an opening and lets the flour or powdered sugar poof out. I would much rather have the old style that actually stayed on the bowl.

Ms. Artisan (as I call her) and I are besties, we're totally BFF"s she's with me on anything that goes on in my kitchen.
I love her so much I'd make her a golden pedestal,, but I think my husband would think that's a little wierd.
If whoever reads this that hasn't bought a kitchenaid mixer, your missing out on a wonderful, easy, baking & cooking life.
