Worked for a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this at the beginning of the pandemic and it worked great for a year and then immediately after a year passed it started making an awful noise. It still works but it makes a very loud noise. I wish it didn't because it still works great

At least it's red.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I have wanted a red Kitchen Aide stand mixer. After bending the beaters on My Sunbeam mixer and not being able to find replacements (because the mixer was so old), I had a reason to purchase what I wanted. Now I want my Sunbeam back. Except for the beaters, it works perfectly.
The Kitchen Aid is a pain to operate. It has to be stopped to add things to the bowl, it has to be adjusted every time it's used, it throws things out of the bowl. It has to be stopped frequently to scrape the sides. The guard that came with the machine has to be removed to raise the head, which needs to be done frequently, making it more of a pain than it is useful.
The only thing good about this mixer is that it is red. I bake A LOT and now dread having to use my mixer.
I wish Sunbeam still made mixers. I'm going to renew my search for beaters to fit it.

I received this stand mixer as a gift, and what I was able to make while it was working was amazing! However, the bowl would come dislodged from the base while mixing, so I had to ask for a replacement. The customer service is great, and they sent me another, however the replacement stand mixer was scratched in a few places and the head moves around quite a bit while mixing. I called customer service and once again they were very helpful. They will be sending me another. I hope this one works perfectly, because I love it and want to be able to use it!

My third kitchenAid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace my 20 + kitchenAid ultra power because the pin holding the head to the body of the mixer keep moving and was afraid the head would end up in the bowl when using it. The Artisan isn’t as powerful as the ultra power. I made a batch of cookies and it was a heavy batter, the mixer slowed down and appeared labored mixing the flour in the batter. Prefer the Ultra. I have the Big KitchenAid that’s must be over 30+ years old. Manufactured by Hobart, fabulous machine. Not built like they used to be.

Just used my new mixer for the first time, made cookie baking a pleasure. Easy to clean beater/paddle, only stopped to scrape bowl once.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item just under a month ago, after lusting after it for years. I use it for EVERYthing. Cakes, bread dough, mashed potatoes, the dough hook shreds up chicken perfectly for pulled-chicken dishes!! I have tendinitis in my dominant hand and avoided many projects like making meatballs, because it just killed me for a couple days after. This appliance is a life saver. Also if you like making buttercream icing with confectioners sugar or doing anything that requires a lot of sifting, do yourself a huge favor and buy the sifter attachment. It’s worth it. Anyway, I LOVE this machine. It’s so great to actually enjoy cooking again.
