Broke already

I got this for Christmas, I used it a few times. Yesterday I tried to make sausage balls and it broke on the first turn. It appears the gears stripped. For the enormous price, it shouldn't break so easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Whisk Attachment Warped

I have been so excited to recieve my mixer as an early Christmas present, but on the first use the risk attachment had become stuck and will not come off. I have spent at least two hours trying to remove it and it will not budge. Switching from the mixer to the Whisk originally was no problem at all and I'm incredibly unhappy that I have a defective attachment as with the price tag attached to this item, one would expect a quality product. I guess I know why it was on sale...

Didn’t know what I was missing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t believe what a difference there was between my old stand mixer compared to the kitchen aid. Makes baking so much easier.
Every time I turn the mixer on, the tilt head pin vibrates out. It would appear the pin diameter is too small for the casting hole.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting one for years and finally made the move. It is a wonderful addition to our kitchen and home. Everyone is using it...including the 21 year old son. My husband use to own a bakery...he loves the tilt head and ability to just add ingredients like at the bakery!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe I waited all these years to get one. So much time and energy wasted without one. Worth every penny. Bought the processor right after. Amazing!!!

Great Machine. Labors When Kneading Bread Dough
on December 9, 2023
Posted by: TomSA
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the machine. Our last one kept going for over 30 years before giving up the ghost kneading bread dough. Probably would have lasted another 30 if I kneaded by hand. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the new one also labors in the kneading process. I've gone to doing it by hand after deciding this machine wouldn't last much longer than out of warranty if I did.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Attachments get oxidized
on September 17, 2022

I bought this for my daughter when she got her first house. She always loved mine. The one thing I don’t like is the wire whisk attachment. It oxidizes after washing it. Before she goes to use it again she has to wash the whisk all over again because it’s all covered in black rust. I’ve had my mixer for around 15 years and mine does not do that.
