I got this cause mixing by hand hurts my hands.....I got so many hand mixers and they would break and still holding it hurt my hands......This kitchen aide has changed life for me my hands are hurt free and I have made so many cookies........

I have to make a call to Kitchen Aid so this may be premature. I will adjust this once I get satisfaction. The top part shakes violently when making bread even on low speed. It vibrates on my counter and makes a lot of noise. The video shows this and also shows the low speed and that the top is locked in place. Please respond.
