If you are a baker you have to have this appliance! It blends the ingredients like a breeze. You hardly have to even scrape the bowl. I have blown up so many hand mixers over the years and can't believe I waited as long as I did to purchase this mixer. I love how classy it looks on my counter and so many people comment on how nice it looks. I firmly believe my cookies taste better since I started using my Kitchen Aid. My daughter was married this summer the the number one item on her registry she wanted the most was a Kitchen Aid. She received it and also got the ice cream attachment and pasta maker. I'm all for going to her house for dinner and dessert now!
