[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using it for bread dough. Using it under 1 and 2 as recommended by manual. Seems to get hot on top though after a few minutes. I hope it is not a prelude to bad things down the road. Machine seems well built and very heavy. The dough is done to my specification within 7 minutes which is a time saver and good results so far. Just hope the machine lasts for years. Stay tuned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got it as a Christmas gift from my husband as he knew I’ve always dreamed of owning one since I was a child. This helped me so much in my 48 hours of holiday cooking and baking for 20 plus airmen here on Okinawa, as we had them over for Christmas Dinner. Definitely worth the investment and allowed us to create great Memories with our USAF Family and friends as we are all stationed together, but away from our Loved Ones back home and across the world.

I had a Kitchen Aid in Hong Kong and sold it before moving back to the US. Buying this Kitchen Aid is the first purchase I made! I love the color, natch, and the efficiency of this machine. Its so simple to use, easy to follow instructions, and works like a dream. Just made a batch of oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip cookies last night. I've bought several extras (slice/dicer) and will put them to work this weekend when family visits.
