[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 4 days before Thanksgiving. Wow, could not believe the difference it made in the ease of my holiday cooking. Then preparing for Christmas was made so easy and quick. The mixer is easy to use, cleanup Making double batches of cookies are no problem. Having your hands free to let the mixer handle the mixing is the best purchase of a kitchen appliance I ever made!!!

I had my old Kitchen Aid forever and wanted an upgrade to the Artisan. It is great for cake batters, but when I use the dough hook and speed 2 it literally jumps and unlocks the head. I am working with customer service to fix this issue. After spending close to $300 I want a GREAT product, not average!

Helped my Dad purchase this Artisan 5 Quart mixer with his air miles. At 83, he still likes to cook for family and friends but finds it getting harder to mix large amounts by hand. Being from Atlantic Canada, he makes a lot of fish cakes which now is a joy again because this mixer is easy to operate and powerful! We both rate this mixer as a 10/10!!
