[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for Christmas and I am sooo happy! We make 24 different colors of royal frosting for cookie decorating and we always use my friends. With mine, we will cut down on the time it takes!

My kids bought this mixer for me for my birthday, since I do alot of baking. Also bought the veg/fruit strainer to help with making applesauce, and tomatoes. KitchenAid has just made my kitchen life a whole lot easier!

I have coveted these mixers from afar for many years. I always thought it was a frivolous purchase to make. Then I used one myself when I made cupcakes for my daughter's wedding reception. I just love my new mixer! Totally worth the money and the counter space sacrificed to it. I am totatolly looking forward to the Holiday baking season this year! Everything will be so much less labor intensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my wife bought me a Kitchen Aid for our anniversary. I fight anxiety, and baking has become my way for dealing with it. I had a stand up mixer, but it doesn't compare to my Kitchen Aid mixer. This one is quite and I love that I can get attachments to do more with it

Purchased about 2 months ago. I bought my daughter and daughter-in-law each an Artisan a couple of years ago. Both have told me that they don't know how they ever got along with it. They use theirs all the time. I have been concerned with buying bread due to so many added ingredients, so decided I would start to make my own bread. I've never been one who likes to spend money on small kitchen appliances nor do I like my counter top filled. But It has made it so much more easier to make bread using the bread hook attachment that it comes with. I'm very happy with my Artisan and glad that I finally made the purchase. I hope to soon make a purchase of the food processor attachments.
I collect antiques and one of my features I have in my kitchen is a long shelf filled with Yellowware bowls with blue rings around the middle of them. So I choose the color of mixer in a soft yellow . Soon to replace my counter top in a gray stone which will make my Artisan stand out and be noticed.
