I have wanted one of these mixers for years and my dream finally came true! This mixer is the highest quality product I have ever seen. It is very heavy, very durable and does an amazing job! I have the slicer/shredder attachment and it works great as well. I never knew what I was missing until I got my mixer! My only wish is that KitchenAid would make an oil press attachment! Don't skip on quality, go KitchenAid. You won't regret it!

Rarely do I give products perfect marks, but this mixer is the best. It is sleek and stylish, works wonderfully, and has an extremely useful attachment function to turn it from a mixer into a variety of other kitchen appliances which is a space saver as well. The only thing I would have liked to be different is the price tag. It hurt a little to shell out so much for the item, but you pay for quality, and this item is definitely quality.

The Kitchen Tool That Helped me Become a Baker

I cannot tell you how much joy this stand mixer has brought into my life. I have always been the kind of person that binge watches cooking shows. I love watching the ease and joy the cooks and bakers have while making food. I found that I never felt that in the kitchen. I decided that I wanted to start making my own bread last winter. I didn't buy a stand mixer. I thought.... we've survived decades without stand mixers and we've made plenty of bread, I'll be fine!
Kneading bread by hand takes it's toll. It becomes a work out. That energy and fire I had when I started my bread baking project quickly dimmed and I stopped. I kept reading about it though. I kept reading about all this delicious bread I wanted to make, but didn't have the energy too.
Fast forward to my birthday, my partner got me this beautiful Tiffany blue stand mixer. I now make about three loaves of bread a week! I have baked my way through an entire bread baking book and starting a more advance one next week. We couldn't keep up with eating the bread, and I had to start giving loaves away as gifts (no on is complaining.)
I proudly just made my third patch of croissants. A bread I NEVER thought I would be good enough to make. But I did and I shared them and everyone loved them.
You don't need a stand mixer to make bread. But it makes it so much more fun. It allows you to focus more on the nuances of the bread rather than the brute work. I know it's an investment for this mixer, but it's paid for itself in full. For the seven months I've had it, my partner and I have not bought a single loaf of bread from the store. We've even lost weight by eating bread! We appreciate it more and we know what's going inside it. I feel happy and I love my new hobby and I love my stand mixer!
