Great longevity and performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first married, 54 years ago, my mother in law had a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer and I fell in love with it. It was an amazing kitchen appliance and made the best whipped potatoes. I bought my own about three years later and was never sorry that I did. It was tough enough to take care of the baking for and teach five boys how to bake and use it. Now, 50 years later, our children bought us a brand new red one and I love it even more. This is such a vital part of my kitchen, I wouldn't know what to do without it. Great product.

This is the best mixer I've ever used. It does all it's supposed to and more. The beater and whisk attachments do a great job of mixing the ingredients from top to bottom and side to side. And clean up is a snap. Everyone should have one of these mixers in their kitchens.

Not sure why I waited over 20 yrs. to purchase this mixer. I'd always wanted one! Finally took the plunge and have no regrets. I've only used it a few times but am loving it so far. Made fettuccini with my son the other night and even though it was tedious, it was well worth it. I absolutely LOVE the color and, let's face it, Kitchenaid products are the best. I couldn't be happier with this long overdue purchase.

This mixer is the best thing that happend to my kitchen. It is convenient and performs perfectly. However recently the motor when out, I think It had the attachment too low and it was hitting the bowl so I would be careful with that.
