I make a chocolate chip cookie that is a secret family recipe and my stand mixer does a great job of mixing the cookie dough. It allows me to mix the cookie dough in less time. I also use my stand mixer for yeast bread. The dough hook also saves me time as it kneads the dough perfectly. I take the dough out of the bowl, hand knead it a couple of times and then let the dough rest. The ease of making my chocolate chip cookies and yeast bread with my stand mixer has caused me to love baking more. Thank you.

I'm a bread and pastry baker for many years now and have always done all the mixing by hand. I was skeptical about how my breads and pastries would turn out using a mixer but my new Artesean stand mixer is a life saver. I still do a bit of kneading for my breads but the mixer does almost all of the work and incorporates all the ingredients so much more thoroughly than I did by hand . What a time saver! I love it!

I have many fond memories of baking with my mother and using her stand mixer. I remember digging through the basket off attachments figuring out which one was needed depending on what was being made. I was fortunate enough to receive this mixer as a Christmas gift. I look forward to the things I will make and being able to share my mixer with friends. In a word, my childhood gets to continue.
