What I was hoping for

My husband bought this as a replacement for my old Kitchenaid stand mixer. I really like that is doesn't slop the dry ingredients over the side of the bowel when turning on. The taller bowel design works well. It is so much quieter than my old one. I really didn't need a new one but it was a nice treat to get one for Christmas.

I have used my mixer so much more than I thought I would. My only complaint is that occasionally for stiffer doughs, the mixer knocks around just a tiny bit, but I can definitely live with that. Overall I am extremely happy!

I love Kitchenaid Mixers!! But my new 5 Quart tilt-head is even more amazing! It's just the right size not too small and not industrial. It comes with the three most needed beaters. And mine came with the mixing shield to prevent covering the counter when you add in the flour to your favorite recipes!!! I'm ready for everyday small batches, yearly Christmas cookie overload and those occasional showers, graduations and weddings. Bring it on!

I used my mixer during the holidays, at which time I do a lot of baking. My mixer enabled me to bake more because it cuts out a lot of time. It’s also easy to use. I look for to using it often!

My husband purchased this mixer for me about two weeks ago and have only used it twice so far. Absolutely love everything about it. It mixes so well and I am able to walk away from it while it is mixing. Mixer is very heavy and does not shimmy on my countertop. Mine is black and looks fantastic in my kitchen. Very impressed with this mixer.
