I Bought my third Kitchen Aid Mixer when I moved in December. For me, the previous two have lasted over 15 years each. They were used extensively for bread, rolls, cookies and everything else that requires a mixer. It is a absolute must for anyone who bakes.

I bought this mixer about a month ago after watching many bakers using kitchenaid mixers on YouTube. I was skeptical that a mixer could make much of a difference in baking. After using the mixer, I was amazed at the difference it made! My cake, icings, bread and many other things have turned out better! I would have never believed the difference had I not used it myself! The kitchenaid recipes for bread were fabulous! No kneading by hand! My mom didn't believe the kitchenaid would knead the bread and was totally astounded at how great it turned out and as a matter of fact immediately went out and bought a kitchenaid for herself! Unbelievable product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't buy one of these for a long time since it is an investment. I absolutely love it and wish I had not waited so long to get one. I am thrilled each time I use it for whatever I use it for: bread dough, cookies, mashed potatoes, or shredding cheese. Next investment will be pasta attachments to make my own pasta.
