Love my mixer!!

I got my grandmothers 4.5 qt white mixer and was tickled when I found it in her house when we inherited it, the cord had been chewed and was damaged and my husband ordered a cord for it and fixed it and it works!. I always had wanted one. I ended up buying a 2nd one a few years later cause the white ones gears were getting loud (very old mixer and I use it ALL the time), bought a 5qt grey one and the meat grinder attachment.... I love them both. Will be a must have in my kitchen for years to come!

I received my new KitchenAid Artisan mixer but when I turned it on it made a screeching noise in the motor are. I contacted Customer service, spoke with a gentleman (Gary) regarding the issue. I put him on speaker and he immediately knew what the problem was. I should receive my new mixer in 5 to 7 days and I will be happy to rate it then.

Because of the price and not sure if I would use it as much I ordered a Cuisinart and I’m so thankful that I canceled the order and proceeded to buy the Artisan KitchenAid! I’m obsessed with it!
