[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted one for years and this year I finally got one for Christmas. I love it. I made bread with it and the dough was great making perfect bread. Due to my arthritis I can no longer work the dough well and I had given up making any bread.

I have always wanted one and finally the time came. Love the color (persimmon) and how it looks on the on the counter top. Happy I got the 5 quart size and not the mini. This size works great for my baking needs. Made so far a few pumpkin breads (size is perfect for dough for 2 large loafs). The only thing I wish was a bit easier is to be able to add stuff to the bowl while mixing. The pour aid helps but a little more space between rim of bowl and the arm would be great.
