I have been very pleased with everything I have made with this mixer from small amts to quite large. I like the plastic shield but sometimes feel it does not fit on well.

I received my Kitchen Aid mixer as a gift and I love it. It simplifies mixing batter for cakes, muffins, cookies, etc. I find myself baking more because of the ease of using the mixer. The attachments make food preparation easier and quicker. I will be purchasing more attachments in the future.

I wanted a Kitchen Aid stand mixer for as long as I could bake. I finally was given one as a gift from my parents after getting my first home. It did not disappoint! It is wonderful for mixing anything that is difficult to mix by hand - oatmeal cookie mix, bread dough, pretty much anything! This is a must have for anyone who likes to bake!
