I purchased my mixer just a month ago and have already used it many times. I do a lot of baking and proper mixing is essential for the finished product to have the right texture and taste. The easy to use features of the Artisan make it simple to prepare batters and frosting with the right amount of mixing; I've noticed a definite difference in the results compared to my hand-held mixer. My frosting is a lot less dense and cakes have a lighter texture as well. The whisk attachment makes whipping egg whites very easy-it took forever with the hand-held. I also really love the range of bright colours that are available for this product-I have the buttercup yellow and it is gorgeous in my kitchen. I honestly have no complaints!

I love my Artisan Stand Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't begin to tell you that I so love this mixture. I suffer with carpal tunnel syndrome and it was difficult to use my hand mixture. So, I purchase this after New Years. Oh My Goodness! The red velvet cake I made was so moist. My family kept talking about it. Took some slices to work and they to thought it was so delicious. I have to give my mixture a 5 star. I love, love, love it. Oh they will be having more cakes and cookies made in my house.

I have wanted this mixer for many many years. finally have been able to purchase this wonder piece of kitchen equipment. Bought it just before the Christmas and had all my baking done in record time. what a pleasure it is to use this mixer, and i can hand it down to a family member, as i know it will last a long long time. will eventually get the glass bowl and pasta attachment. It took me 50 years to get this mixer, so one thing at a time. thanks for making such an outstanding product.
