My husband gifted me the Artisan® Series 5-Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer by KitchenAid for Christmas and I am obsessed with baking and creating dishes again. I used to dread the thought of having to spend hours making a cake or cookies or casserole, but the first time I turned on my Stand Mixer, that dread was gone. I was able to blend the dough for a batch of cookies while I emptied and loaded my dishwasher. The oven wasn't even preheated all the way by the time the dough was blended. It's fast, it's simple, it's a game-changer for busy people like me.
