[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mixer to replace one that was 42 years old (which by the way had never had a problem). It was still working nicely and I gave it to a friend who did not have stand mixer. She loves it; however, when my new mixer arrived it had two deep scratches in the enamel on the mixer head. I phoned your customer service, and they could not have been more accommodating, replacing it with a new one. To say I'm pleased hardly describes how I feel, especially in these days of little or no service from many merchants. Thanks, Kitchen Aid!

Tried and true workhorse

I love to bake, and I’ve kneaded up to 3 batches of bread dough back to back with no problems. I’ve also whipped, mixed, creamed, and beaten many batters, frostings, and mixtures, and have found this product most competent.

I’m excited when I use it!!!! I can’t wait to get attachments! I love this machine it works great !
