I used my KitchenAid mixer yesterday for the first time and I absolutely loved it! I have waited a long time to purchase one! I loved being able to walk around doing other things instead of having to stand there with a mixer in my hand! It was very simple to use, with the exception of I haven't figured out yet how to put the splash guard in place. I was in a hurry and glanced at my booklet, but still wasn't able to understand how it connects. I'm sure it's just me though! I love the orange color, it matches one of my kitchen walls! Buy it, and see for yourself! I totally recommend this product!

I got mine for my wedding shower and am very happy about it. Iv made many cookies so far and love it. Its also a beautiful color and I think I will slowly change my kitchen to specifically match this color. The lock on the side to have the head up and down is the only thing that confuses me on the machine, im not sure exactly when and how it should be locked, but it dosent hinder anything. I wish the attachments weren't so expensive.

I bought this mixer to make desserts for Thanksgiving. It is a replacement for my late grandmother's old Kenmore stand mixer that I was using. This KitchenAid is a dream! Smooth operation with a fairly quiet motor. Very sturdy, quality construction. I purchased a cover for it so I can leave it on the countertop. I'm looking forward to using it to bake more goodies, and I have now purchased the spiralizer attachment!!

I have longingly looked at KitchenAid mixers for years but was always too frugal to purchase one. I consider this an investment. This was my birthday gift to myself and I'm sorry I waited so long to do it. My Christmas cookie mixing this year was a snap! Everything I've done so far has been easy. The shield, while not eliminating the flour dust, certainly reduced it and I had no bits of dough decorating myself or my kitchen nor did I have to chase my mixer across the counter.
