The best mixer one the market

This mixer is one of the best if not the best mixer on the market. Only had this for 3 weeks but already made multiple batches of banana pastry cream eclairs and cream puff, Pâte à Choux, Bavarian Cream, big batches of bread dough for bread, rolls, ect. and the mixer never even thought about slowing down when mixing, especially the dough batches. I was a Pastry chef before I joined the Army 20 years ago, and now can make all the things I use to as a Pastry Chef.

I got this mixer over a month ago, just in time to do my Christmas cooking. I gave it quite a workout. It was wonderful. I used grinder attachment, the grain/wheat grinder attachment, along with the dough hook and paddle. Loved it. The machine was quiet and easy to use. Much preferred the tilt head for ease of adding in ingredients. I also enjoyed being able to pick a unique color for the machine!

I bought this as an early Christmas present and very happy I did. I have made 4 batches of cookies and even mixed a meatloaf. I saw one review that after first use, even after washing, there was still manufacturing residue which I also experienced. To give a better clean, I used my liquid Bar Keepers Friend - it does not scratch and cleaned it very well.
