I have been waiting my entire life to finally own a Kitchen Aid mixer and just received it at my wedding shower. I does such an amazing job and makes the baking process so much easier/enjoyable. I can't wait to get some of the attachments to start trying out.

I had owned an older kitchen aid mixer for several years and was accustom to making bread and all sorts of deserts with it. I had given it away to a friend with 4 children who needed it badly and thought I would be happy with a hand mixer. After a couple of years I realized I had practically stopped baking altogether. This new mixer was the remedy and I find even more powerful and versatile than the old one and i love the bright green color in my very red kitchen. Thank you!

I received this as a Christmas gift(I chose this specific one!). The color is beautiful and it looks great on my counter. I live in an older home and it fits perfectly under the cabinets. I have used it several times, mostly for making cookie dough, and it does a nice job of mixing the batter-my sugar cookies came out fluffier than ever after baking. It does take a couple of times to get the hang of using it-especially if you were an old "do it by hand" baker like I am. Be sure to thoroughly wash the bowl prior to using-a quick swish with a soapy rag will not do it. Trust me! LOL All in all, I am loving it and have asked for some attachments for my birthday!
