Burns out making bread

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I specifically bought this model to make bread. The first time I used it to make bread it burned out. The replacement struggled with cookie dough and also heated up badly though didn’t burn out. I’m so disappointed because my previous Kitchen Aid lasted for over 5 years and made all kinds of baked goods.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the 5 qt size and power of the mixer and the tilt head

I have to say that the size is great. Short enough to fit under top cabinets easily. 5 qts is large enough to make most things. Power enough to handle it. I like the tilt head, easy to use. Low sound when mixing.
