I bought this about 3 weeks ago, and i dont know why i didnt purchase this years ago. This kitchenaid is saving a lot of time for me. The mixer is great, the slicer is even better. I can slice everything for my food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mixer as a gift and as a replacement to my 20+ year old Kitchen Aid mixer. Everything functions as my old mixer did. I like the addition of the handle on the mixing bowl and the pour shield.

I'm usually not one to give five stars, but this appliance has earned it. It has enough power to handle the heaviest of doughs, and the speed to beat eggs for a great souffle. I do not miss doing these tasks by hand.

I purchased this by cashing in some accumulated Air Miles. It is very easy to use and I like the different accessories. The various mixing tools are easy to change and having been one who has always used a hand mixer in the past it's amazing having my hands free now to do other things like add ingredients. It is also great to use with my five year old daughter as I teach her how to bake and she can easily add things and watch the mixer go to work.
