There are so many different ways to use this mixer besides baking. I wish I would have bought one years ago. I do wish there was more room to add ingredients while mixing but the cover does help. Making mashed potatoes is a cinch! I bought the Gloss cinnamon colour and just love how it looks in my kitchen. Everything is very easy to clean up.
Pros: Performance, Design, Convenient Features, easy to use
Cons: tight space for adding ingredients
