Gets the job done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a little over a month ago and I love it! It has been so easy to use! It easily mixes and whips up dough and creams. My husband loves it for making pizza dough and bread dough. The downside is our weight will go up since we want to bake more! So happy we finally made this investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted one for most of my 66 years. I designed my new kitchen with space for this and talked myself out of it. I bought one for my daughter in law when she put it on her 'wish list' several years ago because I knew what unfulfilled wishes felt like and I wanted to give her at least this one dream.
When we sold our old house instead of wishing anymore I simply bought my own. It was even better than I hoped. I use it more than I expected. Am astonished at how quietly efficient it is at making dough, mixing batter without throwing flour all over the house. I even mix meatloaf with it. It is easy to clean the parts, and I thoroughly enjoy it.
I wish I had owned it when I had a houseful of kids, but it is never too late, this is not a vanity buy, even though it is a luxury, it is a work horse and I absolutely love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Gorgeous Mixer, made the best cookies in no time. Will not regret your purchase, yes, it cost more than some other brands, but it’s worth every penny with all the attachments

Couldn't be any better. I've even joined in on the fun. Can't wait to try some of the available attachments...

The item was returned to the store. My brand new straight out of the box stand mixer looked usrd. The wisk appeared to have been used for quite some time prior to being shipped to me. There was rust and a thick paste like substance in the well of the tilt head. I am actually trYing to unregister the product because I no longer own it. I know that this is not the norm with kitchenaid so I am hoping to get this issue resolved quickly.

Worked good until it started to smoke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for Christmas, used it once and it started to smoke. Called the costumer service line. To make a long story they sent me a new one. Opened it up and it had a big dent on the top. Called again. They won’t let me send both back at the same time. So I have to wait for the 1st one to be processed and than I can exchange the 2nd one for my 3rd one. I hope the new one will be okay because 3 strikes you are out.

Disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used a KitchenAid mixer for 17 years and this was a replacement for my current mixer. The pin that held the old mixer to the stand kept coming out and the screw that adjusted the beater no longer would hold and chipped my beater. I was so happy when I received my new mixer but when I used it for the first time it jumped all over my countertop. I returned it to the store for yet another replacement. The new mixer seems to be working ok so far I've only used it once though. Was very disappointed with the first replacement mixer. I've always held the KitchenAid brand in high regards, but now I will think twice about the quality before purchasing that brand.
