Easy to repair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I bought this mixer in December because the knob fell off of mine and landed in the bowl of butter and sugar I was mixing. It no longer rotated. I was aghast. I ran and bought another one. But…..my husband took it apart, bought a “worm gear” , watched a you tube tutorial, and repaired it easily!!!! I returned my new one to the store. I was so happy. It was great that he was able to repair it so easily. My old one, about 10-15 yrs young, is as good as new!

Pros: Design, Innovative, easy to use, Performance, Convenient Features
Cons: super heavy for me to move around
