[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is it possible to add a handle so it's easier to pick up.
All the cake recipes in the booklet call for round pans. I need recipes for 9 X 11 pans.

I am loving my mixer. Until I received it as a gift I was using a hand mixer. Now I can mix bigger batches of cookies. I love the power of the motor. I can now make two cakes at once because of the big bowl. I like that the bowl has a handle. It makes it easier to use. And the flour guard keeps the flour from going everywhere. Let's just say if you don't have a Kitchen Aid mixer "Get One"!!!

I am very satisfied with my mixer. I chose the boysenberry colored unit. Finish is perfect. The mixer has plenty of power and speed options for every need. The high speed is great for whipped cream and meringues. Cookie dough is no problem. Would recommend this mixer to anyone whether you are a beginner or professional. I see this mixer at quite a few bakeries cake shops in our area...must be a very popular and reliable unit if so many use it. The only improvement, although not a necessity, would be the mixer head lift a bit more higher to allow access to the contents in the bowl.
Pros: Design, Performance, easy to use
Cons: head could tilt up a slight bit more
