This is the very best investment I have ever made as far as a kitchen appliance. I have my own little wedding cake business going out of my home in this has helped me so much. Since last Christmas I have gone through 5 handheld mixers and some really tired hands. But not no more Thank You KitchenAid and to my husband.

Should have bought myself a KitchenAid stand mixer years ago!! After using it one time I could not believe the difference between the current mixer I have been using. I am a baker and I cannot tell you how much easier it is to make dough and icing with this mixer over other mixers. It is truly amazing!

I love this product and can't believe it took me this long to buy one. I bake on a regular basis and this is a great tool. I had an issue initially with the bowl. It was leaving silver on my batter. I called and the service rep was fantastic. He told me to clean it with lemon. It is now perfect.
