Everything I hoped for!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to make some specialty foods that require a lot of time and repeated mixing and after seeing what my daughters could do with their KitchenAids I decided it was my turn! My first dish came out perfect in far less time and was a big success, and cleanup was easy. I'm very happy I purchased my KitchenAid.

With as much baking as I do I am surprised by how long it has taken me to add this to my kitchen. I received this gift at Christmas from my husband, and let me tell you anyone who says they do not want to receive appliances have not received one of these.

This is my first mixer. I love it. The sony drawback is that it doesn't come with the mixer head that has the bowl scraper on it. A must for any kitchen aid mixer. Great product.
