[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this primarily to make bread (which I had to give up recently because of arthritis in my hands). This lovely mixer allows me to enjoy everything about making bread except the pain of kneading. And the machine produces a lovely dough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using a slightly smaller mixer of another brand, I decided it was time to upgrade to a KitchenAid mixer, 4.5 quart capacity. What a difference! Not only is the KitchenAid mixer a true cut above any other brand, the 4.5 capacity fits my needs much better than the 4 quart capacity did. I am able to make full batches of cookies, breads, and pizza crust, so easily now! I can’t wait to start trying other recipes!

The KitchenAid stand mixer makes everything turn out better -- even at high altitude. We live above 7,400 feet and I barely adjust the recipes at all and they come out perfectly. I struggled for years with recipes and now I kick myself everytime a cake comes out perfectly--who knew the mixer could make all the difference!
