IN MY 51 YEARS OF MARRIAGE, I NEVER HAD A STAND ALONE MIXER. I USED IF FOR THE FIRST TIME TO MAKE MY GRANDCHILDREN'S FAVORITE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. THE BEST BATCH I EVER MADE. My family have all had kitchen aids for years. My grandmothers on bothside of parents, my mother, and now me. I was given a second hand one that was so old it gave up aftwr using it for a couple of years.this is my first new standing mixer and it is adream come true. My fiance has many allergies so I make practially everything from scratch. Having this toolmakes itpossible to have beautiful complex dinners without needing to start at 3 AM. It works smoothly, independently, and is easy to clean up.
