The design is classic so for it to survie it has to work very well and it does. The beater that comes with requires you to stop the mixer and scrape the bowl with a spatula. This problem has been corrected with a beater that has a rubber edge. It does not come with the machine, you have to buy it separately. It usually can be had for just under $30.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features, Performance, Design
Cons: does not come with newest beater
