Fantastic Kitchen Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased an Artisan stand mixer with the shredder, slicer attachment one week ago. So far I have made two cheese balls, egg salad and potato salad. The mixer works extremely well providing a consistent and thorough mix of all ingredients. The only regret is the shredder/slicer attachment should have a slightly larger slicer cylinder to provide thicker slices. I plan to purchase the food processor attachment in the near future.

I received it as a gift after thinking that I was purchasing it for myself. I want to start baking new things now. Easy to use and clean up is quick.

I love this mixer. I've always used a hand mixer and did not realize how much time and energy I could save by using this mixer. I am hooked for life. The drawback is that I can't use my own bowls too if I need to mix different ingredients.
