My husband & daughter gave the Artisan to me for Christmas last year. My daughter borrowed it during the summer and failed to return it (go figure). Since she uses it soooo much with two small children, I did not have the heart to get it back. I purchased the second one for this year's holiday prep. Can't live without it!! My gift to me. Love it.

My Kitchen Aid Artisan Mixer is the very best mixer I ever had. I bought it in October 2015 and used it in the Holiday cooking and my Grandchildren got involved. Holiday cooking was GREAT. I had a mixer that I bought off of one of the Shopping Channels by a known Chef. It didn't last and it was not as easy to use as the KitchenAid is. I love my KitchenAid and will be getting other attachment to do other things. I am a 63 year old male from Texas.

We knew that this was one of our main priorities for our wedding registry, and when we did not receive it as a gift, we combined several monetary gifts from friends and family. I've used the tilt-head stand mixers before, and I knew how wonderful they are...having my own does not disappoint! We've used the ice cream maker attachment already, and we can't wait to try out some more attachments. My only disappointment is that the flex beater does not come standard. The simple addition of the spatula blade makes mixing easier than ever, and I do not foresee us using the standard beater ever in lieu of the flex beater. Other than that, though, it's perfect. :)
