Still Love it after 15 years!

II got this stand mixer using points from my credit card about 15 years ago and I love it! It is versatile and you can do double or triple batches of most things. I use it many times a week.
The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because the beater started chipping, and the pin that holds the top to the base slips out after about 5 uses. I'm here to get another beater. I'm hoping there is a stainless option.

Power and quality of grinding tray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this grinder for making sausage (10 Lbs). To prep the meat, I cut the meat into 1/2 " cubes. This was to accommodate the mixers power, to try to prevent bogging down. Slow process. Tray to hold grinding ingredients very light weight and would tend to raise itself from the mixer. Using the stuffing attachment it was very slow, Machine seems underpowered and some attachments are flimsy. But it is still a good machine.
