I just recently bought this mixer. I had never used such an appliance, but I've started making bread (per Peter Reinhart) and although that's been a fun and delicious project, I felt it was time for me to grow up and do it right. I used it to make two loaves of wonderful whole wheat bread. What a great experience. The mixer worked perfectly and I look forward to years of bread making.

The mixer has great speed and power. I made a batch of chocolate chip cookies. bowl was large enough to accommodate the whole batch of cookies with room to spare and has no problem mixing the heavy dough. Would absolutely recommend the mixer .

I have used this product from making cakes and brownies, to a cheese filling for stuffed shells. I use this product and it cuts my baking time in half, the only problem is that sometimes the ingredients in the bottom don't mix together, which is solved by scraping the sides of the bowl, other than that this product is wonderful for any kitchen needs
