I know the KithenAid stand mixer is supposed to save time, but my productivity has slowed down because I just stand and watch it mix because I'm so impressed by it.
I've wanted one for 10 years, and my husband surprised me with it for Christmas. We're no longer eating foods that can't be prepared in the mixer!
And who knew my egg whites could have such stiff peaks!!
My 4 year old son loves to be able to help by pouring ingredients in to the bowl via the chute. I'm just so happy in the kitchen!!

I am happy with my new mixer, it seems heavier than my older Kitchen Aid mixer. The switches seem lighter and not as sturdy. I like the red color and it works very well .
