I received my KitchenAid stand mixer as a Christmas first from my family and I must say it has been one of the best gifts I've ever received. Not only is it easy to use but it's the perfect size (doesn't take up much counter space). I grew up helping my grandmother bake goodies for the family and now I get to share the same pastime with my children. I will be purchasing the add-ons soon and can't wait to use those as well!
