As much as I enjoy using this product, there is one downside: food at the very bottom of the bowl does not get thoroughly mixed in with the other ingredients. It may be the design---but the beater does not reach the bottom and therefore that is why not all ingredients are blended at the same time.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: ingredients at bottom are not mixed in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of using a regular stand mixer I decided to splurge and boy am I thrilled I did...my Kitchenaid is a game changer! Where my old mixer used to struggle to get through cookie dough...I can double the batch of chocolate chip cookies with no issue!! Now I look for things to bake!!
