[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my wife for Christmas. She has used it a few times and likes it. It does not handle heavy doughs very well and is not built nearly as tough as they used to be...my mom has a very old one which is still tougher than this one. Otherwise for lighter uses it works very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Artisan a couple of weeks ago along with some cool attachments and I am loving it! It makes mixing, slicing and shredding so easy and unlike my previous stand mixer, it actually has different speeds. Stir means stir and doesn't sling flour all over my counter. I think this appliance is amazing and would recommend it to anyone! Well worth the price!
